Our Philosophy

Every plate begins with a story — a grandmother's recipe, a market spice, a memory from a coastal village. Our kitchen takes those fragments and refines them with technique, restraint and theatrical fire.

We work directly with farms across the South West for vegetables, source single-origin spices from Kerala and Kashmir, and let tandoor flames do most of the talking.

The Room

Lantern-light, jali screens & quiet conversation.

Sixty-two seats arranged around an open kitchen. Hand-cut brass lanterns from Jaipur, walnut tables from a Kashmiri workshop, and walls lined with carved jali screens that throw moving shadows across every plate.

Whether for a quiet anniversary or a long Sunday lunch, the room is built to hold the moment.
